Charles N. Sweigert

Charles N. Sweigert, 88, of Hershey passed away Monday, April 11, 2022.

Born September 16, 1933 in Harrisburg, he was the son of the late Charles N., Sr. and Dorothy E. (Miller) Sweigert and also preceded in death by a son Michael Sweigert and sister Faye Duncan.

A former lineman for Middletown Borough and retired as lineman chief from Met Ed, he was a 1951 graduate of Highspire High School.

Surviving are his wife of 64 years Mary K. “Kay” (Hunter) Sweigert; children Samuel Sweigert (Donna), Judith Hoover (Robert) and David Sweigert (Susan Helms); and sister Jean Robinson.

Private burial and graveside service in Hummelstown Cemetery.
