Catharine M. (Harner) Albright

Catharine M. “Kitty” Albright, 91, formerly of Palmyra passed away Saturday, September 21, 2024 in Sun City Center, Florida.

Born January 16, 1933 in Annville, she was a daughter of the late George H. and Catharine (Miller) Harner and widow of John E. “Jack” Albright since June 2013, after 63 years of marriage.  She was also preceded in death by a son Keith R. Albright and siblings Luther Harner, Richard Harner, and Christine Hopple.

Retired from Hershey Chocolate, Kitty was a member of Shells Evangelical Lutheran Church, Hershey Order of the Eastern Star, and Hershey Retirees Breakfast Club.

Surviving are her sons J. Steven Albright (Joan), Scott A. Albright (Julie), and Jay E. Albright (Mary); grandchildren Matthew Albright, Nicole Albright, Desiree Jacobs and Vanessa Skurzynski; great grandchildren Christian Albright, Madison Dietsche, Steven Betz, and Karlee Betz.

A graveside service will be held 12:30 PM Thursday, October 10, 2024 at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shells Evangelical Lutheran Church, 287 Shells Church Road, Grantville, PA 17028.
