Carol A. (Miller) Nelligan

Carol A. Nelligan, 87, formerly of East Hanover Township, Dauphin County passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023.

Born February 17, 1936 in Harrisburg, she was the daughter of the late Jacob Miller and Mary (Dennis) Miller Myers.  Carol was the widow of John E. Nelligan since January 2012 and also preceded in death by her son Michael J. Nelligan, Sr. in 2010.

Retired from Sears, Harrisburg, she was a member of Faith United Church of Christ, Grantville and East Hanover Township Autumn Leaves.

Surviving are her daughter Linda Sherlock (Steve) of Hummelstown;  brother Kenneth Myers of New Cumberland; grandchildren Kathleen Nelligan, Michael Nelligan, Jr., Andrew Sherlock and Adam Sherlock; and great grandchildren Calie Rose, Holden and Michael, III.

A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at her church, 117 North Faith Road, Grantville preceded by a visitation from 2:00 PM.
