Barbara A. Burgner Obituary

Barbara Ann Burgner (Carlock), 78, of Hummelstown was born August 5, 1944 in Flushing NY and passed away at home on September 12, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her son Horace J. Haffert, her parents and brother.

She was married to Glenn Burgner for 38 years and also leaves behind her daughter Sabrina Musser (Robert); grandchildren Ryan, Katie, Cody and John; great grandchildren; sister Margaret Marchione; and nieces and nephews.

She retired from the PA American Water Company where she was a customer service supervisor.

She was always trying new things and keeping busy, so much so in her late 50's she finished her bachelor’s degree in applied behavioral science and continued on to get her master’s degree from Penn State University.

She loved traveling, reading, crocheting, watching her favorite football teams (Eagles and Penn State), going to the casino but ultimately spending her time with family.
