Sarah M. Gravel Bordner, 81, of Myerstown passed away Monday, January 9, 2017 in ManorCare, Lebanon.
Born February 28, 1935 in Hershey, she was a daughter of the late Otho F. and Vera P. (Lutz) Detwiler. The widow Emile E. Gravel and Robert E. Bordner, she was also preceded in death by son Darryl Gravel, brother Clarence Detwiler and two grandchildren.
Retired from H.B. Reese Candy Company, she was a member of Myerstown Baptist Church.
Surviving are her children Mark Gravel of Titusville, Florida, Vicki Shoemaker of Titusville, Florida, and Robin Liskey of Myerstown; sisters Virginia Geesaman of Harrisburg and Edith Blouch of Hershey; five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, January 13, 2017 at Buse Funeral Home, 145 North Grant Street, Palmyra preceded by a viewing from 1:00 PM. Private interment in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
