Michael P. O'Boyle Obituary

Michael P. O’Boyle, 79, of Palmyra passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2019 in the M.S. Hershey Medical Center.

Born November 18, 1940 in Lackawanna County, he was a son of the late Michael J. and Freda (Morrison) O’Boyle.

An Army veteran of the Vietnam War, he was a member of the VFW Post 6417 and American Legion Post 72 both of Palmyra. He was also an avid hunter and fisherman.

Surviving are his wife of 40+ years Gail E. (Hindman) O’Boyle; children Kelly O’Boyle, Brian O’Boyle, and John O’Boyle; and grandson Brian O’Boyle, Jr.

Military honors will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville at a future time.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Citizen’s Fire Company #1, 35 West Walnut Street, Palmyra, PA 17078.
