Joy E. Dinger, 71, of Palmyra passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019.

Born November 27, 1947 in Hershey, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Anita (Bittner) Schaeffer and was preceded in death by her sister Cleo Clugston. Surviving are her niece Chasity Clugston of Cedar Park, Texas.

At Joy’s request, funeral arrangements are private.
