Faye M. (Propst) Blanshine

Faye Marvine Blanshine, 71, of Palmyra passed away Saturday, April 21, 2018 at her home.

Born April 30, 1946 in Lebanon, she was a daughter of the late Jason Good Propst and Sara Lucille (Myers) Cherel and was also preceded in death by a son Scott Brannen.

Retired from retail, she later enjoyed selling antiques out of her shop and was a member of St. John’s United Methodist Church.  Faye was a faithful and loving wife, mother, grandmother and child of God.

Surviving are her husband of 34 years John W. Blanshine; children Dale Brannen, Lisa Brannen and Jason Blanshine; siblings Jason Propst, Jr., Star Seguinot, Chris Bucks and Betty Bixler; ten grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at her church, 165 Firehouse Road, Grantville with interment in Grantville Cemetery.  Viewings 7:00 – 8:00 PM Monday at Buse Funeral Home, 145 North Grant Street, Palmyra and 10:00 – 11:00 AM Tuesday at the church.
