Dolores R. Bashore, 77, of Palmyra, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2017 at Londonderry Village, Palmyra.
Born November 28, 1940 in Mechanicsburg, she was a daughter of the late William and Alberta (Berdall) Ritter and was preceded in death by a son Mark Bashore and brother Robert Ritter.
A member of Palmyra Church of the Brethren, she was a former employee of First Federal Savings and Loan and retired from Giant Grocery Store.
Surviving are her husband of 57 years Donald L. Bashore; son Brian L., husband of Stephanie Bashore of Campbelltown; siblings William Ritter, Gary Ritter, Nancy McNeal, Bonnie Beitler, Max Ritter, Ken Ritter and Jake Ritter; and granddaughter Madison Raine Bashore.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, January 5, 2018 at Buse Funeral Home, 145 North Grant Street, Palmyra preceded by a viewing beginning at 10:00 AM. Burial will be in Spring Creek Cemetery, Hershey.
