Surviving are her loving husband of 72 years, Edwin C. Hostetter, whom she married on September 9, 1945; son Edwin C., II, husband of Jean Hostetter of Robesonia; grandchildren Kate A. Mishriki, wife of Brandon Baglivo, and Hannah E. Mishriki; a great-grandson; and three step-grandsons.

A 1940 graduate of Palmyra Area High School, she was previously employed by Hershey Foods Corporation, the finance department at Fort Indiantown Gap, General Electric in Philadelphia, and the Agriculture Department for the State of PA.
