Kenneth L. Light, 86, of Palmyra passed away Monday, June 20, 2016 in the Lebanon VA Medical Center Hospice Unit.
Born February 23, 1930 in Annville, he was a son of the late Luther and Ruth (Shuey) Light and was also preceded in death by his sister Violet Stark.
Retired from Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 520, he was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War. Ken loved his family the most, but also enjoyed the outdoors, the beach, riding motorcycle, camping, boating, and flying model airplanes.
Surviving are his wife of almost 66 years Etta A. (Hoffmaster) Light; daughters Sharon, wife of Mark Shirk and Jeanne, wife of Frank Fasnacht all of Palmyra; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter.
A funeral service will be held 10:30 AM Thursday, June 23, 2016 at Buse Funeral Home, 145 North Grant Street, Palmyra preceded by a visitation from 9:30 AM. Interment in Grand View Memorial Park, Annville.
