Hughey E. May, 64, of North Annville Township, Lebanon County went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 4, 2016 at the M. S. Hershey Medical Center surrounded by his family.
Born December 9, 1951 in Hershey, he was a son of the late Paul H., Sr. and Gertrude (Reilly) May.
A retired supervisor from Hershey Foods Corporation, he was a U. S. Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of Steelstown Gunning Club and life member of Palmyra V. F. W. #6417.
Surviving are his wife of 41 years Victoria M. (Bennett) May; children Kyle E., husband of Alison May of Dover, Delaware and Nicole M., wife of Michael Perez of Cleona; brother Paul H. May Jr., widower of Eunice May; grandchildren Madelyn Morrissey, Makenzie Drane, Karli Boyer and Milton May; and soon to arrive grandson Dominic Perez.
A funeral service will be held 12:30 PM Monday, July 11, 2016 at Buse Funeral Home, 145 North Grant Street, Palmyra preceded by a visitation beginning at 11:30 AM. Interment, with military honors, will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Pennsylvania Wounded Warrior Project, 1117 Country Club Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
