Constance J. Conrad, 80, formerly of North Londonderry Township, passed away Sunday, April 17, 2016 in Twin Oaks Nursing Center, Campbelltown.
Born October 19, 1935 in Hershey, she was a daughter of the late Lester J. and Iola B. (Snyder) Kauffman.
She was the widow of Frederick L. Conrad and was also preceded in death by her daughter Kim L. Smith.
Surviving are her son Frederick L. Conrad, Jr. and wife Jean of Palmyra; siblings James Kauffman and wife Kim of Mechanicsburg and Beverly Shaffer and husband Richard of Palmyra; grandson Joshua Swoope and wife Michelle; great grandson Liam Swoope; nieces and nephews.
Private interment will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery.
