Carl Edwin “Elvis” Devor, 75, formerly of Shellsville passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2016.
Born August 27, 1940, he was a son of the late Miles and Arlene C. (Strayer) Ebert.
He was formerly a bartender at the Village Inn, Grantville and Fort Indiantown Gap Community Club.
Private interment will be in Shells Cemetery.
