Bradley A. Shirk, 29, of Palmyra passed away Friday, September 2, 2016.
Born September 28, 1986 in Lebanon, he was a son of Victoria (Kleinfelter), wife of Fred Gesford of Palmyra and the late Rodney A. Shirk. He was also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Roy and Patsy Shirk.
A mechanic at Appalachian Auto Sales, Jonestown, Brad loved cars and working on them. He was a 2005 graduate of Palmyra High School and earned his Automotive Associates Degree from HACC.
In addition to his mother and step father, he is survived by his wife Lindsey M. (Jurell) Shirk; sister Sara, wife of David Breaithwaite of Palmyra; maternal grandmother Rochelle Kleinfelter of Lebanon; step grandmother Martha Gesford of Palmyra; step brothers Travis Shirk of Fredericksburg and Joshua Gesford of Palmyra; niece Lexi; nephew Elijah; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held 4:00 PM Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Buse Funeral Home, 145 North Grant Street, Palmyra preceded by a visitation from 3:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Buse Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
