Alyssa Karen Eisemann, 22, of Hershey passed away Sunday, March 31, 2013.

Born May 2, 1990 in Fort Knox, Kentucky.  Alyssa had also resided in Fort Bragg (Fayetteville), NC and Carlisle.  Alyssa worked at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center and previously attended Trident Technical College in Charleston, South Carolina, where her love of music led her to write for the music section of the Trident Times.  Alyssa was a kind, beautiful, gentle, sensitive young woman who will be missed beyond words.  Alyssa loved reading, extreme rollercoasters, traveling, the ocean, and attending rock concerts.  She particularly loved the music of Bob Marley.  The loss of Alyssa has gouged a hole in our hearts that can never be repaired.

Surviving are her parents Andrew R. Eisemann, husband of Kristen Eisemann, and Kathleen (Colborn) Yesavage, wife of Paul Yesavage, all of Carlisle; fiancé Edward Behney with whom she lived; paternal grandparents Andrew Eisemann and companion Linda Sciarrotta of Cumming, Georgia; maternal grandparents Jack and Pat Rieck of South Acworth, New Hampshire; maternal great grandmother Mary Briggs of Morrisville, PA; aunts Lori, wife of Mitchell Marcello of Cumming, Georgia and Jen, wife of Michael Kulick of Charleston, South Carolina; half sister Cassidy Eisemann; cousins Michael Marcello, Briggs Kulick, and Jack Kulick.

Alyssa was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother Lottie Eisemann, maternal grandfather P. George Colborn, and aunt Karen Colborn.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, April 27, 2013 at St. John's Episcopal Church, 1 North Hanover Street, Carlisle.  A celebration of Alyssa's life will be held immediately afterward at approximately 4:00 PM at The Vault, directly next door to the church.

Alyssa’s family would like to express heartfelt gratitude for the tremendous outpouring of love and support that we have received during these unspeakably difficult days.  Alyssa, we will always see you in anything that is beautiful.
